A family project with over 25 years of experience in construction
Sahuaro Ocean & Estuary was born from the vision of a family with roots in construction, housing development and wealth creation.
The project is driven by architect Anastrid Hurtado, along with her husband Ramón Rivera and children, who have built a track record of more than 25 years of experience developing residential housing projects in Sonora, mainly in cities such as Caborca and Hermosillo.
Over the years, the family has participated in the planning, construction and development of homes designed for the real needs of Sonoran families: functional, durable spaces with a sense of heritage.
Today, that experience is transformed into Sahuaro Ocean & Estuary, a private residential development in Puerto Peñasco that seeks to offer spacious lots, family amenities, controlled access and payment facilities for those who wish to invest in an area with high growth potential.
